The episode continues the story of Zara, who is devastated by Arsalan’s betrayal and abandonment. She tries to cope with her pain and humiliation, but finds no support from her family or friends. Her father suffers a heart attack after hearing the news, and her mother blames her for ruining their reputation. Her brother is too busy with his own problems, and her best friend is now married to Arsalan. Zara feels alone and hopeless, and contemplates suicide.

Meanwhile, Arsalan and his new wife enjoy their honeymoon in Europe, unaware of the consequences of their actions. Arsalan is still obsessed with his image and status, and he tries to impress his wife with expensive gifts and lavish lifestyle. He also keeps in touch with his family, who are proud of him and his achievements. He seems happy and satisfied, but he also feels a strange emptiness inside.

The episode ends with a shocking twist, when Zara receives a phone call from Arsalan’s mother, who tells her that Arsalan has met with an accident and is in critical condition. She begs Zara to come and see him, as he has been asking for her. Zara is stunned and confused, and does not know what to do.
